Mint, on Scotts Valley Road, is a new destination for unusual home furnishings and other items, plus a lovely cafe serving coffee specialties breakfast and lunch. By the way, can anyone explain the sudden popularity of Chocolate Red Velvet cakes. We have had orders for three in the last week or so. Ours come with a luscious cream cheese frosting. All cakes are made to order.
